Nylok’s R&D team took a day off from the lab and had a team building event on the golf course

There is something to say about the bond people create when the focus isn’t on who’s best (especially at this event)! More balls were sliced into the trees, rather than finding the fairway. Some of us couldn’t miss the water hazards if we aimed the ball backwards towards the tee box. But when you can laugh at yourself and with your coworkers when you hit a bad shot, that’s when you know you’re working with the right people. There will always be a bad shot, a bad day, or a time where something doesn’t go as planned, but the team at Nylok will always be there to toss you another ball and say try again.
